"Efficient in a timely fashion!" Like the fact that their diagnostic is right on and they call your with an estimate before completing the repair. They provided me with a working automobile within 24 hours!

"Oil Change, Tire rotation" Service was fine. Cost on par with what Rick charged until the air filters. Yoiu quoted about $76 to replace the engine air and cabin air filters. Both filters had already been removed. I declined. Stopped at Auto Zone and picked up both filters for $26,19. I'm sure you get a wholesale price or discount, and I have no problems with a reasonable mark up on parts. I replaced both filters in 15 minutes (R&R). Roger, unfortunately we did not have the air filter and cabin air filter in stock. We called the closest vendor who unfortunately only stocked the premium brand. Most filters are available in a good, better, best designation which go up in price accordingly. While I do appretiate feedback and did call Roger to explain the pricing he failed to mention the 30 minutes we spent on his oil change doing a free courtesy inspection on his vehicle letting him know everything that needed attention.
