David said this experience was ok, but it took a long time. It took a couple of hours to have his wheels removed and put back on. He bought a tire as well. He would love for the business to have chairs at the waiting area and allow him to walk around along with being able to talk to others. He wants to understand the problem of the vehicle since he is used to other businesses letting him be aware of the situation in detail.

David, we do have a waiting room with 6 chairs, tv, soda, and coffee bar. Unfortunately due to insurance regulations I can not allow customers to sit in the work area. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This vehicle was a Sprinter motorhome made by Mercedes-Benz. I talked to Warren explaining we used all factory Mercedes-Benz parts. Do to the damage and parts necessary to repair the vehicle there were not a lot of aftermarket options to keep the price down.
Clyde said the business did good work and knew what they were doing. They installed front brakes and rotors and did an oil change to the vehicle.
Tom said this business charged him quite a bit in labor.

Hi Tom, thank you for the review. I have reviewed your repair order and pricing. You came in for a noise / burning smell which required diagnosis time. We spent about an hour checking out your concern because it was intermitant. We discovered the alternator was bad and replaced the alternator and belt. The bill shows 2 hours labor for the total repair.
