Today I contacted Empire Management Group with an issue I was having and the representative Joel Carrera was extremely helpful and very kind and professional. He went above and beyond to help me find a solution to the issue I was having.

Manuel provided great customer service. Professional, friendly and proficient.
Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They consistently ignore emails, delay responses for weeks, and fail to address urgent requests despite multiple follow-ups. Their lack of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism has caused unnecessary delays in my project and frustration. I would not recommend their services to anymore.

The Owner and management of this terrible property are in my experience the worst type of people. Sir, You have the wrong company we are not this and we do not deal with evictions. You have the wrong company. We checked and do nto have you or your son anywhere on any of our communities or properties. We do not do rentals or any of this. You are looking for the other Empire company.
Don't use CLICK PAY, it's insufficient third party, empire using this portal charging people late fee because the portal takes 3-7 business days to post it to your account, it is contradicting law of the land which stated payment time are determined by the day of payment not the date , it's recieved. Alina lied to me and promissed to help wave the fees , but when I called , she asked me to pay. #Somersetchase HOA members were no help to me.

The payment deposits once your bank has cleared the payment which is why it’s very clear to pay before due date to ensure deposit and clearing the payment within 3 days form due date. Based on your and others feedback we are changing the payment provider already and are testing it with some communities. To be honest, they are the only thing I hate about house management. They don’t communicate back, they rather take photos and send you notifications/violations numerous times than to solve problems with the home owners, and they are very petty. They don’t give their rules out prior to purchasing your home, and then they hit you with numerous violations about everything. I think that’s very predatory, and they really don’t behave like humans who want others to succeed and live in peace.
Unresponsive, unreliable, unprofessional. If you are looking fro a good management company, keep looking
