To be honest, they are the only thing I hate about house management. They don’t communicate back, they rather take photos and send you notifications/violations numerous times than to solve problems with the home owners, and they are very petty. They don’t give their rules out prior to purchasing your home, and then they hit you with numerous violations about everything. I think that’s very predatory, and they really don’t behave like humans who want others to succeed and live in peace.
Unresponsive, unreliable, unprofessional. If you are looking fro a good management company, keep looking
They mishandle the cases, do not communicate, and are unprofessional in doing roadwork
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I cannot wait to move out of this shit hole. The gate that we pay for NEVER works. Has not worked for more than a few days since we started living in this community last year. They turn our water off and say nothing (this happened to me while i was in the shower getting ready for work once)! They set off the fire alarms and do not tell us when they are doing it, scaring the piss out of my self and my dogs, as I work from home.
