Never received either of the custom vanities I ordered. I have received empty promises, excuses, lies, phony apologies and now, pleading for me not to sue.
the paint on my vanity started to crack within a few months. owner promised to send a paint touch up kit. he never sent it. pass on this one
We ordered a bathroom vanity and mirror. When the items were delivered, the vanity was the wrong color, the drawers on the wrong side, and the mirror was the correct color but the wrong size. Tolga offered to have the vanity painted the correct color but we did not feel confident it would come out right, and so ordered a white vanity instead. It was delivered, along with the new mirror which was now the right size, but the wrong color!! The new mirror was white (we had ordered espresso) and it was clearly just a brown frame ... read more
Terrible experience from start to finish. We ordered a custom sized vanity, they estimated a 6-8 week lead time, we agreed to that. The first one arrived in the states with termites and was rejected at the port. 8 weeks after that, the next one showed up and was stored at their warehouse just outside the city. They didn't deliver it for another 2 months after that and only because I called them constantly until they scheduled a delivery. We faced a lot of challenges after the completion of your order as COVID impacted our production times, cost of production, and large increase in shipping.
