Very unprofessional owners, poor communication. They make many commitments but deliver none. Our custom kitchen renovations started oct 2020 (order placed july2020), sadly, its been a year and the work has not been completed. Lots of unfinished work, they promised to fix things and complete the kitchen project and became unresponsive at first, then promised to get it done and then backed out and become unresponsive again!!! Hi Hinna, thanks for your feedback. As you are aware, we were ordered by the United States of agriculture to send back to overseas a container which had your replacement goods in it for the custom kitchen. All of your concerns were to be addressed in our container. We did come out to address some of your concerns but our staff was told to do work which we are not capable of. Any other minor issue can be resolved by us if you’d still like to give it a try.
