RecommendedThis apartment's rent is really cheap, located close to campus, furnished, and there is the option of Athens transit to get to campus if you don't have parking. There are of course cons to any living situation which for me would be small bedrooms and not enough storage space, but overall I like the community and location!

The park at hillside lied to us when we were signing the lease. They assured us that we will receive an updated appliances if we sign early. Instead they gave us the most rediculous appliance possible. The fridge is small and disgusting. The stove is not working and now the front office personnel hung up on me when I called and complained that they promised these appliances would be taken care of last week. I am totally disappointed

Let me preface this by saying that The Park at the Lakeside was not my first choice, it was my last choice as my previous apartment complex switched management and gave my apartment 2 weeks to move out. do yourself a favor and DO NOT LIVE HERE, regardless of their good giveaways they seem to be doing lately.
