If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience living at this complex was atrocious. If you take anything from this post, DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are many other complexes on riverbend parkway alone that are just as affordable and much better quality! Upon move in, my roommate and I walked into the apartment and found out it was left FILTHY, the apartment had not been cleaned between leases. This place is literally awful. Most of the staff are incompetent, I will say management has gotten better still not the best. Roaches infest the place, they mostly tell you not to worry about issues rather than fix them. Our couch was missing a cushion and the other two cushions were ripped at move in, we notated it on out move in paper and informed the office multiple times to which they just said “it’s fine”.
