I would not recommend this facility. Patients are just a number in which they push out within a week and a half no matter if they are ready to leave or not. Case manager was defensive, not helpful at all. It is a racket in which they get a certain amount from Medicare per patient. They don't care if the patient is ready to leave or not, they are going to turnover that bed. No bedside manner at all- staff is cold and matter of fact. Let's start with the positives. The place is new and clean. The rooms are private. The food is top notch. Most of the staff is friendly. I will say, if she pushed a button for something they were typically there within 10 minutes, which believe me, is quite good these days. If this was a hotel, I'd give it 5 stars, but it isn't a hotel, it's a rehab place and upon entering one expects a certain level of training and care, and unfortunately this is where things go south.
