I can't say enough about my experience with Encompass Health. Great nursing staff including the CNA's ! They came when I called every time. Wonderful therapy with the PT, Speech, and OT team! I did have a bit of a hard time staying focused when the gym was full especially after a stroke! The team was very helpful and kind! The food was good and the kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful! Even the cleaning staff were very kind. It was an all over great experience! Thank you for the care!

My Mother fell and broke her leg. Following two surgeries and some serious medical complications, she was finally discharged from the hospital and sent to Encompass for rehab. My mom progressed so much during her 2 week stay and we have the amazing staff to thank for that. Every person we encountered from day 1 to day 14 was friendly and courteous. The admin staff, doctors, pharmacist, nurses and techs all took a genuine interest in my mother's well being. They are extremely organized, knowledgeable and thorough. The therapy... read more

Absolutely wonderful. Relaxed, one level building, good food, friendly knowledgeable staff, and even beautiful gardens to enjoy from the room. Parking is easy! I could not be more impressed. After seeing one parent in 2 other facilities recovering from knee replacement last year, this place beats them by a mile! They even provided all 10 of us with a spacious room to have a birthday dinner in. Encompass Health on Fitzhugh is warm and comfortable. I highly recommend . None of that sterile, stiff feeling here.
