I was recently a patient at Health South and I could not ask for a better experience. From arrival to discharge perfection is what I received. The staff is courteous and helpful. The food was great. The pt and ot staff was patient and very helpful. Facilities were clean and in good shape. I truly felt like family there. If your looking for the best in rehabilitation... look no further. This is the place.

I had an elderly relative here. They get good reviews on actual rehab work. The people there were also very nice and professional. The employees seem happy to work there. What I did not like was that they did not have anyone on staff to assist with Medicaid, which is pretty routine for eldercare since it pays the bills. Elderly people sometimes need help applying and navigating the system, particularly if they have dementia. Alexis and Allie don't deserve a job here. I've been here 3 times now. This is definitely the worst I've been treated. I've been treated like a dollar sign. It's pathetic. Alexis is a professional and flicking her hair and rolling her eyes. Allie is very inappropriate and unprofessional, I wish she wasn't part of the "gang up" on residents. She should be ashamed. Taking advantage of someone who is disabled? Completely unprofessional. They bring this place down and should not be here. They belong in prison.

Horrible experience. We had to take our mom out because of how badly she was treated by the staff and the administrators. Send your loved ones to Sheltering Arms instead --- they would treat you like a decent human being.
