My cousin has been here this week. Nov. 3 thru today. the care is exceptional, its coordinated, caring, prompt and resulting in my cousin gaining confidence and mobility. The case manager visits daily and takes time to explain everything, even the housekeeping staff is friendly and happy. The facility is clean, the food is very good. I highly recommend this facility.

Encompass is the BEST. Their entire staff from the nurses, aides, therapists, social worker and doctors are all caring, attentive, skilled and kind professionals. My 93 year old mom went from being on a ventilator, going to a local nursing home where she was neglected and suffered a septic shock seizure with urinary tract infection due to the nursing home neglect. Her blood pressure was dangerously low and sent to ICU. Monmouth medical did a great job stabilizing her and discharged her to Encompass. My mom could bar... read more

Two weeks ago my brother was discharged from Encompass in Tinton Falls. After having a stroke last year and coming home from a different facility being totally bedridden, with amazing at home physical therapy he was eventually able to get around with a walker and take care of himself. A few weeks before Christmas he had a brain bleed and was in the hospital for three weeks, got COVID in the hospital, and was unable to get the physical therapy needed. December 2017 I had a full knee replacement and followed up with my rehab at Encompass. I received the best of care and was back up on my feet quickly. My other knee replacement was done on January 2019 and I insisted that I return to Encompass Rehab. My OT was Abby and my PT was Suzanne. They were both excellent and pushed me enough so that I could walk out on my own Thank you both
