December 2017 I had a full knee replacement and followed up with my rehab at Encompass. I received the best of care and was back up on my feet quickly. My other knee replacement was done on January 2019 and I insisted that I return to Encompass Rehab. My OT was Abby and my PT was Suzanne. They were both excellent and pushed me enough so that I could walk out on my own Thank you both

My husband is a patient here and needs a lot of care. They offer a clean facility with an inexpensive cafe. The coffee and tea is always free. A cooked lunch is only $3. They have a wonderful gym and terrific physical therapists, and occupational therapists. My husband feels that the Speech Pathology Department has too much power. They wouldn't let him drink or eat real food until he was transported to a hospital to have a barium swallowing test. They made the test 15 days in the future which meant he would be left starving... read more

Great rehab facility with a friendly professional staff, a skilled rehab program, but meals can be hit or miss. My father stayed here for 10 days following a heart procedure. It was very easy to visit him, with this facility being on the smaller size which allows you to park right outside the front entrance. I have to say I was really impressed with the staff. Great rehab facility with a friendly professional staff, a skilled rehab program, but meals can be hit or miss. My father stayed here for 10 days following a heart procedure. This place promises you things and it's false statements/ I had to go to hospital they promised to hold my spot and half the staff members reassured me my spot was saved my clothes still there I called from hospital they promised to hold my spot however they lied they denied me coming back which I needed right now and I needed the acute workout now I have to go to some crappy place that's gonna take me five times as long / I was disappointed and at a lose for words / however I'll be working really hard to start walking aga... read more

Worst place ever. Understaffed and awful if you need help to get to bathroom. No nursing care at all. Food. Is inedible. No salt, no sugar , no dairy. Everyone is on a "heart healthy" diet no matter what the condition of your heath. They leave you in a wet bed for hours. Or on the commode naked with a call bell for 45 minutes that has been non-working for days. Rude respiratory therapist calls female patients sweetie or baby. Leaves the room in a huff when asked not to do this. Some aides and therapists are decent bu... read more
