My stay at Encompass for my new hip was like a 5star hotel. The facility was spotless. The pristine condition eased my mind. The entire staff was amazing with their attitudes and their undivided attention to caring and making sure that my stay and rehabilitation was successful. My nurses, Dan, Jessie,Mindy,Dinah,Marie,etc. were some of the best. Nurse's aides, Dave,Cara,Yvette,Dorothy to name a few,were also top notch. I had read the reviews before my husband went for his rehab and I was a little concerned with him being transferred there. I was very impressed with both the rooms and the staff. Very clean and everyone went out of their way to support him. Physical Therapy was top notch I would recommend that if you do have to go to a rehab this is the place to go

My poor poor grandmother was put into care at this hospital, and those days she will never get back. I went in her room and there was brown everywhere and her diaper was overflowing. The food was like it from a run down movie theatre in a strip mall. My grandma chipped her only tooth on a chocolate chip cookie that was hard as a rock. My grandma can't even understand the Filipino nursing supervisor on north wing and he doesn't have professional communication skills and I was flabbergasted at his attitude and sass. My father was hospitalized there for a short-term rehab treatment after having a mini-stroke. The care was terrible and he was trying to communicate it without repercussions from the staff (dirty water, verbal abuse, neglect, choked my father while feeding- causing deadly bacterial infection along with infecting with covid) delaying transition and communication to transfer to hospital for critical care ultimately delaying care resulting in his death. Do not send to this place!!!! My father attended after a having minor stroke, 61 for what was supposed to be 2wks of Physical Therapy. There he apparently caught COVID and was sent to a horrifying ill equipped COVID unit in the facility that was disgraceful (no FaceTime help as my father couldn't answer, seeing loved one through a window with staff ease dropping so my father couldn't talk honestly, putting the call button on his non functioning side ) and then just waiting for the COVID to get worse before finally listening ... read more

Dr are not even there at this hell hole they don't have showers or baths nor dirty ecoli stay away.. U will die there.It is all about the money go home because wen u have a bad infection that's where u will be home dying when your inc is up stay away nurses steal u r meds
