So far so good took a hour to get me in but that was cause they had an emergency visit but usually I'm called within minutes and the staff were super sweet

I never thought I'd say this about a dentist visit, but Thalia and Amber at Encore Dental made my experience fun and genuinely enjoyable! If you're looking for a dental team, that's not only professional, but also truly caring. Dr. Bland's office is where you need to go. I had three teeth pulled recently and let me tell you this was by far the best dental experience I've ever had.. From the start, Melissa, Kaitlyn, Jen and Sheila made me feel welcome and that ease. I had a lot of dental work that took over a yr.. I was in to see Dr Anthony Testa very frequently (he opened his own practice and I remained his patient after he left) Everyone at Encore are all super nice, even having to deal with me all the time. Special Thank you goes out to Jackie, office supervisor, Dr Testa (I know I drove him nuts) but he always greeted me with a smile, Jenna was just as nice! Horrible!!! Have an issue with BAD dentures since received and now a tooth fell out of it and they want me to pay for a new one. Keep getting bounced from Brick and Tom's River office when I do get a hold of someone. Haven't heard back from either office. Nasty attitude from Dr Doran. NOT customer friendly or caring. DO NOT RECOMMEND--Find somewhere else that cares.

I walked in today with a painful emergency, and the girl at the front desk (who had no name tag btw; I realize this isn't required everywhere but it sure gives a nice personal touch) asked me if I had an appointment. I said no, this just happened. So she said no doctor could see me today. I seem to recall that in the past they would at least ask, if someone walked in in pain, and leave it up to the doctors. I'd like to share my story with the local community. Typically, I prefer to keep personal matters private. Some colleagues of mine frequent Encore Dental, which is why I chose to go there, given that they accept our insurance and I have a personal connection with the owner and another dentist who previously worked there. this place is very unproffesional. i had scheduled a cleaning and a week later just days before my appointment i receievd a text saying my appointment was no longer available. i then call the office and the person on the phone acted like they had no idea what i was talking about after i filled out the forms with all my information and everything. while all this was happening there were people in the backround on the phone basically yelling, so i could barely make out what the person that i was talking to was trying to say. d... read more

I've been going here for about 13 years and I never had experienced what I've experienced today. I go in cleaning and a lady walks in her name is Donna. She my seat back all the which made me feel really uncomfortable and then she to start cleaning my teeth and she starts scraping my teeth and it hurt really bad and There was more blood than usual.
