Sammi at Endeavor has worked wonders for my L4-5 radiculopathy. Her ability to assess and apply her knowledge of PT is amazing. Pain alleviated, numbness almost completely gone, home exercises helping. I have a few more weeks PT and don't want to miss a session.
My therapist, Sammi has been so helpful with my knee injury. She’s very perceptive and has given me the perfect exercises to build back the muscles.. Very hopeful that surgery won’t be needed. A neighbor recommended Endeavor to me and I’ve already done the same.
Sara is wonderful and I would highly recommend. Only reason it isn't a 5 is because I had a bit of confusion with billing that took several calls between me, them and my insurance, but we did get it worked out, and like I said Sara is awesome and has made wonderful progress on my shoulder in just a few weeks and is very receptive to my goals for rnage of motion and strength.
I couldn’t be happier with the therapist and my progress. The initial assessment was very thorough and allowed me to move at my pace based on my needs (fully functioning wellness!), with exercises I could do at home between sessions. The therapist, Sammi is the best! Not only talented but also very helpful with insurance issues. I’m feeling much stronger and have more tools to keep improving through my injury. I highly recommend Endeavor; they’re who I’d recommend to a friend or family member needing outpatient PT/OT.

I had a wonderful experience here. I came in with a lot of pain, limited mobility, and a lot of anxiety about whether I would be aggravating my injury with movement. Marcus provided excellent guidance and a clear and effective therapy plan for my shoulder and neck. Great experience….staff and facility were nice and accommodating. Samantha was able to bring down the pain level of my shoulder enough that I’m considering not having surgery.
They are so nice there. They like to get to know you and they help you walkthrough your recovery with ease. I would tell anyone that needed therapy to go there.
