Dave helped me mentally and physically. Coming off a rough ACL reconstruction, he used his background as an athlete to empathize and create an aggressive program to get me back on the field.
Sydney at Endeavor was great! She helped me build strength and gave me plenty of different exercises to enhance our time outside of the actual appointment. She told me things about how I held tension that I believe will help me have a better experience going forward. I would definitely recommend Sydney!
I began going to Endeavor after cutting a finger tendon and needing PT post-surgery. Emily is very knowledgable and thorough, highly recommend using her if it's the right focus area for your body. Would recommend going here and, although I'm happy to be healing quickly, I'll be sad to "graduate".
