I bought my first Omoda 5 from this dealership a few weeks ago. Nice and friendly people to deal with. Too early to judge the service department as it is not quite open yet. Love the car so far. Looks great, amazing level of equipment and nice to drive. I happened to have the use of a fairly new Mercedes A180 in the last few weeks which is not an SUV and is about £10k more expensive. Excellent professional service from Jacob. My initial Inquiry persuaded me to order my vehicle with Jacob. Once I ordered my vehicle I was kept informed every step of the way. On collection, We encountered a slight hick-up, and Jacob was calm and reassured me he would sort it with the help of the locum director, whose name I cannot recall, who was instrumental in resolving our dilemma. Jacob your calm professional manner was excellent to say the least. "A BIG THANK YOU!" I will now enjoy my new Jaecoo 7. Great car!!!

I'd been looking at the Jaecoo and Omoda cars for a few months and I was down in the Watford area so I thought I'd pop in and have a look out of the blue. I was greeted by Stefan, who was polite and answered any questions we had about the Jaecoo or Omoda. After a short while, I was leaning towards the Jaecoo 7 model due to its size and look. I would like to share my car purchase experience at Endeavour. I purchased a used car from this garage. Stefan was my sales person. He went over & above offering a service 2nd to none. Nothing was too much trouble. He was able to answer all our questions. He never failed to follow up with an email or telephone call. We were welcomed with a smile. No purchase pressure was put on us. The service Stefan offered was 100%. The whole experience was stress free.

Non existent customer service. Me & my partner went inside looking to purchase a jaecoo j7 as we entered the dealership no one acknowledged us so we decided to walk around the dealership looking at some of the models on display there was two staff members present one was dealing with a customer the other was trying to look busy. We were there for about over 5 minutes the place felt very uncomfortable & unwelcoming so we left will be going to another dealership to buy our vehicle.
