Excellent professional service from Jacob. My initial Inquiry persuaded me to order my vehicle with Jacob. Once I ordered my vehicle I was kept informed every step of the way. On collection, We encountered a slight hick-up, and Jacob was calm and reassured me he would sort it with the help of the locum director, whose name I cannot recall, who was instrumental in resolving our dilemma.
