I purchased an Endurance warranty on my 2007 ***** ********5 years ago a year after I bought the car. I bought the Supreme Used policy. I have used the warranty 5 or 6 times since and I am very pleased with it. I had a seat rack that went bad, a u-joint problem, a shift cable replaced, a shifter replaced, and most recently my trunk release. I would rate the policy a "5" and will purchase another if the need arises . Good product (and the salesgirl is nice to look at too!)
I have to say upon contacting the representative Ian ******* by phone about a contract questions I have seldom had such professionalism when dealing with other companies. He listened to my advisement's & questions, addressed every concern I had, and performed all actions in the manner needed in my situation. When you are getting a contract you can't just look at contract coverage for your car, but you have to look at customer service as it's a large part of the contract. In this case Endurance is a leader.
I called to find out how to file a claim thinking it would be a nightmare but to my surprise it was super easy and the customer service was great. I spoke with Sheila and she clearly explained to me what I needed to do and put me at ease. Now my vehicle is back on the road thanks to Endurance.
