I was very satisfied with my service with Endurance! I spoke with multiple representatives about what all this company has to offer: rates, coverage, etc. and the benefits of having a coverage provider that are their own administrator and that is the highest rated provider in the United States. Nicole was assisting me with my claim. It was my first experience and I was expecting the typical call experience of wait times, holds, and denial. My experience was not typical. Nicole was warm friendly and accommodating. She was extremely knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and stayed on the call until she was comfortable that I understood the entire process. I actually feel valued as a customer which is rare.

I am very pleased with my experience with Nicole and endurance today. I have been having trouble getting my new payment info into the system and have had some late fees but with my communicating with them every month and notifying them of this issue they have been able to fix the issue i hope and have gone above and beyond to help me out and hopefully we have resolved the issue.
