Signed up on line at end of April, but used First energy account number instead of "customer number with Ohio ******* Website didn't indicate number was not correct. When bill arrived, I made call to find out why change was not made to Energy Harbor at that time. We are all electric home, so need to make sure we got decent rate. Once I got past the error, signup was easy and confirmed within a few days. To soon to say more at this time. We'll see how it goes once winter heating season begins. They are easy to work with, the price is great and this is the second time I have used them to get a better price than what PPL offers. Very pleased.

Energy Harbor sent ** notification in the mail about a new rate, which we thought was very nice and helpful. We have been with Energy Harbor for a few years. We have never had a problem with them. The were helpful with our address change and recently signing up for a great rate. So far we have had no issues or complaints. Their service has been excellent.
There conversation was very positive and beneficial. Helped me make what I hope is a positive contract. Nobody knows for sure but we put all the facts on the table.
