I enrolled in the program about two weeks ago. I instantly received an alert notifying me that my application was received. About three to five days later, I received another alert informing me that my application had been approved and that my new rate would take effect immediately. I am very excited and I look forward to continuing service with Energy Harbor. I hope everyone who applies is also able to receive such a fast response and approval experience.

In my first 3 years I had no issues Harbor energy, My rate did not change. I think I got the best deal I could get for my next 36 months. The person I talked to was friendly and helpful, but there was one thing. I tried to get a better deal for my in-laws, but the person I talked to about that said I couldn't even has good a deal has I got for myself. So I hung uo with that person and called back again nad was at least able to get them the same deal I got, which was ***** cents a kilowatt. I wish I could have gotten somethin... read more
