Brian able to go to the top roof of my house to clean the solar & able to go down from the roof safe. And Bernard & Brian help th open the box of the solar & the other box to check inside the box & they able to find the problem , they just put tape of the connection wire to hold it & it works with out replacing or putting a new wire.
Price was to expensive We had no alternative. Our solar co. Went out of business. But the techs were good
