So helpful, and quick! After a long flight and long lines, enterprise handled their customers so promptly I was in my car about 2 min after arriving... I kinda wish there was an enterprise airline
The quote process was fine when I got there the agent wouldn't take me because he said he was just coming on and he said I'd be faster going to Alamo so I went to Alamo and everyone got in front of me in line so I was later than I was or was supposed to be when I got up to the front of the line Janine was great she was taking care of everyone that morning the other people were just standing there and everyone was told to go to Janine she did all the work and she did it cheerfully and she was very nice when I check the car ba... read more
Very quick service. I've rented a couple of times and never had a problem with service or vehicle. I also picked up at the airport and it was hassle free. Definitely will continue to rent from enterprise.

Overall they were great with everything related to my rental, pick up and return. However, make sure when you go to the area to pick up your car in Orlando (which is a bit sketchy) get into the right line. Some of the people were told to wait in one area without anyone paying attention to them, and others were told to get in another area where everyone was paying attention to them. The car they gave me smelled like smoke. It wasn't clean and had a stain on the seat. I was upset but I was ready to visit my family so I stopped and bought a Yankee candle car air freshener and wiped the seat off with seat wipes. I proceeded with my visit and upon returning the car at the airport I was approached by a manager who asked how was my ride. I was in a hurry to catch my flight so I briefly explained what happened so I'm not charged for it. She apologized and took $20 off my total bill. This made my day. I am so h... read more

The smoothest and quickest process i have ever had when renting a car. I will always rent from them and there were no hidden fees.
Quick process. One suggestion - since the user guides are never in the cars, give a two minute rundown on where the important features are. Oh, like the lights and windshield wipers! It started to pour when we left and had no idea where they were! Otherwise great experience.
