The staff all the way through the rental procedure were super friendly and helpful! My car was clean and really nice! I would absolutely rent from Enterprise at this location again!
15 passenger van had plenty of room for the entire family. Clean and in good shape. There is not much room for luggage behind the back seats, but we figured it out. All in all, we loved it and had a great trip.
I ALWAYS receive excellent customer service from Enterprise. While other rental services have long lines, this is not the case with enterprise!
We had made a reservation thru our RCI membership and so when we got there they tried to give a smaller car then we signed up for. It was a good thing I had our confirmation and we got the car we were supposed to get. They give you (2) keys but on one unbreakable cord. Why waste my time with 2 bulky keys if I can only use one of them. Car was clean and everything we expected so I can't complain to much. The no-fault laws in Florida are pretty unfair to visitors but once you are there what can you do?
They had what we needed, the car was clean, the service was friendly. Had to wait a little for them to bring the car around, though we had a reservation is all.
easy in & out on pick-up & drop-off / even offered upgrade at no charge. 1st time using Enterprise and will definitely use them in the future.
We rented a vehicle at the Orlando airport. Quick service at the counter although no one explained Sun Pass to us. There was a slim selection of available cars to choose from. The associate should have told us we getting a car with just a Valet key & no remote entry. We would have picked another vehicle! We did not notice until we arrived at the destination or would have gone back. Was a pain in the rear all week with manually locking/unlocking doors. Lesson learned if we choose Enterprise in the future.
The counter wait time was less than 3 minutes at the airport departure/ car rental level. The walk over to the company's car storage area was very short, the selection included foreign & American makes, various sizes & styles of vehicles & helpful aides to assist you in the selection process, do the walk-around & send you on your way... maybe 7-8 minutes tops & we were on our way!!!
