Outstanding service. I arrived and my car was immediately ready. Some great sales were also offered as alternatives. The agent encouraged me to inspect the car. He and all of the people I interacted with were extremely courteous. The return experience was also good. One of the best car rental experiences I have had.
Outstanding customer service at this Orlando Airport location, from the main desk to the garage pickup area. I picked up a car 4/15/15 for a 3 week road trip to New England. The staff went out of their way to find me a fun car for the extended trip. Thanks to all.

The enterprise in Orlando was on point!!! I love that they have a separate line for enterprise plus members so you can by-pass the long line!!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating!!! I will definitely be renting from this location again!!!
Enterprise was excellent at the Orlando FL, location.. when my Mastercard flagged me to check my identity, the explained to me what to do and helped me prove who I was. This took over half an hour and a conference call with my bank... it was inconvenient but I appreciated the security measures. And enterprise threw in a free upgraded vehicle, and it wasn't even their issue. And when I dropped car off at airport aweek later it was fast and efficient and they helped me with my luggage. This company is awesome!!
I could not have had a more convenient and satisfying experience renting a car than that in Orlando. I was given my choice of cars and enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of a well maintained vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely courteous and helpful. Thanks
