Pick up was swift, check in even smoother. I travel lots for business and the only thing I can say negative is that I am used to driving something a little more luxurious my fault not theirs I booked a full size car not knowing there were bad full size cars. Now for Future rentals i know and i will continue to do business with Enterprise never a appointment.

I've used Enterprise for years now and was not disappointed on my recent trip to Orlando, Fl. My car was ready and took less than a few minutes from the time I got to the counter to driving my car. Drop off was smooth also.

It was very quick service. The representatives were friendly and accommodating. No, complains. Even the return reps were quick and effective. Definently, will use Enterprise again.
