For the most part, I am happy with the service. However on the weekends they always seem short staffed and it takes too long for one to be waited on. I try to avoid weekends if I can
I have been a Enterprise rentals and the Sisson St location was by far the best I have encountered. They accommodated all my needs and were efficient and friendly even though they were busy. But more importantly I was not profile. This will be my location even if I move to another zip code.

A 4 - 5 star great customer experience at pick-up and a 2- 3 star mediocre experience at drop off. It was a totally different experience; however, I must add that it was very crowded when I dropped the car off and there were very few reps in the office. The representative who checked me out did offer her sincere apologies, which was appreciated. I would use Enterprise again.
I’ve rented from several Enterprise branches, and the Sisson street location is by far my favorite to deal with! Everyone there provides top notch customer service, and the cars are always great. Recently though, they’ve really gone above and beyond to help me out during a tough time - my car was stolen and my insurance company has been anything but helpful (Geico in case anyone is wondering).
