Very helpful and professional staff. Cars are clean and well maintained.
I rented from them on the weekend and they next weekend they said couldn't rent from them cause I had a debit card same card I use to rent from there before .y'all need to accept debit cards my money was good when it came straight off my car with the deposit

I have never been so disappointed with Enterprise in my many experiences until today, July 1st, 2018. I arrived at BWI @ 2:10 pm, received my bag, took shuttle to rental car location off premises by 3:00. Where I was informed that because my return date for rental (7/3) does not match my outbound flight date (7/17), I cannot rent a car. I am 600+ miles from home and now you tell me this? I am not sure if it was USAA insurance or Enterprise but following an accident in Baltimore we were told to go to a specific Enterprise location. NO car was available. We were tired and upset. This is about as poor communication as one can expect. USAA blames Enterprise. Enterprise blames USAA. The customer in this case us....suffer. This is unsatisfactory. Slow and lackluster service, and the cars are mediocre. I have yet to have a stellar experience with this Enterprise location which is a real shame because it is just so freaking convenient to where I live. Last time I tried renting a car here (with a reservation) it took so long, and I was treated with such indifference, that I ended up leaving and going to BWI to get a car because I had a timeline to keep and I needed to get on the road.
