The nurses and most of the CNA's are great. The building is very old and a paint job would go a long way! The biggest problem is the food. Once or twice a month dinner is good, but usually is mediocre to disgusting. Lunch is the same. Breakfast is pretty consistent if you can get them to cook the eggs properly! I really would like some more variety, every week is the same old thing. I have never been to any other rehab so I can't really compare but I'd say this place is a 6 out of 10.

This facility has changed a lot. They have completely new leadership team that cares deeply about providing the best care for their patients. Definitely would put my loved ones here.

Do not bring your family member or friend to this place. The care there is horrible. You have some CNA's and nurses that care but most of them are just out for the paycheck. If you do speak up for the residents you get a target on your back and get fired. I am writing this because I do not want to see someone go through what I have seen. The place is filthy and management does not care. No clean lines or blankets for the residents. Soiled utilities rooms are a big infection control place.

Communication is awful. Pass the buck appears to be the motto. Many great employees but understanding patient needs is bad.

This place is an absolute nightmare. If you care about your loved one's dignity, comfort, or safety--do not send them here. It's clear that this facility, and the system surrounding it, is deeply broken. Once inside, the facility not only looks NOTHING like the photos they show you online or in the obviously fake 5 star reviews from the staff themselves. I worked here briefly (for about 3 weeks). I have never seen another nursing facility whose care staff have a lower level of of morale or a higher rate of turnover. The rooms are so small and cluttered. Nurses are expected to pass medications to 35+ residents and rarely if ever get a break or a lunch. I must say that are a lot of great caregivers and other employees who love their residents and show up to offer loving care. I would never place a loved family member in place. It is definitely not a nice place to live.

STAY FAR AWAY! This place is NOT for rehabilitation! It causes more damage than when you got there! Needs to be closed and anyone working there loose all health care credentials! My Father in law went in to rehab after a hairline fracture of his hip and was standing when he left the hospital....6 days later he can't move out of fetal position in pain, hasn't been gotten from his bed in 4 days, meds aren't given on time.....from our insistence and my wife traveling from Idaho to be with her mother to figure out what's going ... read more

absolutely do not go here! this place is a sh!thole! they nearly killed my grandma, she was medically discharged from there and need up in the ER 2 hours later from sustaining a broken leg while in their care which was never reported, cdiff infection, kidney failure, dehydration, malnourished. she was just supposed to be there to gain strength after a bad bladder infection and came out with all that! this place needs to be shut down! they left my grandma sitting in her soiled bed for hours! the call buttons don't work! ther... read more
