Horrible place, my mother was miss treated there. Also in common with another review, my mom had also fell out of her wheel chair, but when she fell it was infront of staff that was watching as she was trying to pick up something off the ground. Needless to say this days after she had spine surgery , hip surgery and other operations. She had also been left sitting in her "I will say dirty to keep it respectful" clothes for almost a hour and a half waiting for someone to help her get to a bath room. This place should be closed down. My mom was placed in her wheelchair in an unsupervised area at 1am and fell out of it. They found her on the ground with lacerations on her face and a horrible black eye. They weren't sure when it even happened as nobody saw it. Mark the manager and his two female assistants should lose their license to EVER work in an industry that demands compassion, something they lack
