Was excited about the product availability and price, was disappointed that the shipping cost was so high. Standard shipping for 2 pairs of pants was 13.95, almost as much as one pair of pants.
Epic is very easy to order from... and they usually have the Richardson products that other vendors do not. They do have a longer ship time, though.
The site clearly was geared for sports organizations, but I had no problem finding exactly what I wanted. I got a really great deal that I hadn't found anywhere else.
I have been using Epic for the last 2 years and have been very pleased with all the quality of products and service.

I have been looking for sailcloth bags without having to take out a second mortgage on my home! Lol. I ordered only one to see the quality first. Then if I love the quality, more will definitely be ordered. I also love the fact that it can be embroidered with my name if I want.

I started in Closeouts and spent an hour on 22 pages. Wish they had ability to make closeouts specific to the sport. Many items but hard to figure costs on uniforms etc when I have to present the Board with a specific cost of purchase.
It was a re-order for jerseys for a tournament. Easy as pie.
