easy ordering; however sizes on the E122508 an dE122509... easy ordering; however sizes on the E122508 an dE122509 run VERY small! Had to reorder some and can't return some.

This is about my 6th order in past 2 months and so... This is about my 6th order in past 2 months and so far so good. My only complaint is that I have had to return some things twice for a different size and it costs me a lot of money each time I had to do that as opposed to when I order things from Amazon I never have to pay.

This is my 3rd time ordering a mass amount of basketballs... This is my 3rd time ordering a mass amount of basketballs for our Booster Club to give to our players. The order arrives quickly and the basketballs are quality.

Overall the experience was good Overall the experience was good. The closeouts were good, and the screen is user friendly to find items. My biggest issue with Epic is that every time I buy something you barrage me with emails and adds. I like Epic, but I cringe when I have to buy anything.

I ordered 3 shirts, 2 of the 3 were of the same cut,... I ordered 3 shirts, 2 of the 3 were of the same cut, style, fabric, size and price point and they arrived looking vastly different in size. It was odd, as if one was labeled incorrectly. Other than that all was well with the order.

Great desktop site Great desktop site. Not so great mobile site. The prices are great Theo only thinking that would make Epic better is changes to shipping. Shipping times are too long for the price and often my shipments come in raggedy boxes that have just been taped together. By the time I get my shipment it is ALWAYS torn open and I have to carefully inspect items to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.

Easy website to follow and order from Easy website to follow and order from. Prices are fantastic and beat all other sites that sell umpire gear. Wish there was a break on shipping since we order so much at one time.
