Ordered a small amount of hats to complete an order I was short on stock of. Whenever I place small orders, you try to cram the hats in a box that is TOO SMALL and I end up with a handful of pre-shaped hats that are now smashed or twisted and potentially ruined. Please do a better job of packaging the hats for shipping.
