Everything is normally fairly smooth but at times I cannot reach a customer service representative when I need to.
Not able to reach anyone for help was a big problem. and could not find return information, shipping cost is to high

I have been looking for a customized soccer goalie jersey for weeks for my son for Christmas. I finally found one that I think will work for him here. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it comes out perfect!
