I think its a great site with excellent products. My only complaint is that I wanted to order one shirt as a sample at $12 however the shipping was $8. I wound up ordering 14 shirts with shipping of $10 Really doesn't make sense

I called with a sales inquiry and it identified me from a previous order then put me in a customer service hold for a long time, at the end I was just transferred to sales who wasn't very helpful. I ordered online (no running section which should be added), and was given delivery options with certain dates. When I chose one it didn't allow me to use my own UPS account (which is an option I always choose for accounting reasons) and then upon checkout/order confirmation it changed my estimated delivery by 4 days! i had to order these jerseys in hopes we get the correct ones this time. my team mom order some for our girls team and they gave her the wrong size and we need them ASAP so therefore i had to place an order again hoping we get the right size. Please make sure the (R) for Rawlings is in the middle of the jersey which are the correct Jerseys we need. If the (R) is on the left side of the shoulder they are not youth sizes. Appreciate it.
