“Product price is great” Product price is great. Shipping prices are horrible especially since they still take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

The customer service rep had to manually charge my card because the computer couldn't pick up my address since my billing address had two numbers in it. It was resolved quickly, and was able to retrieve my package in a timely manner.
