“The customer service was great & uncomplicated” The customer service was great & uncomplicated. I am more reluctant to buy again though because of shipping costs on returns. It would have cost me more to return the product than to just keep it. When opting to buy online business should consider things not being what people expect & expect returns not at the cost of the consumer. That would have helped me come back for much more.
