Free shipping on orders would be nice. Also, I made a mistake on an order once. Somehow I took off the embroidery for a couple of hats. This was during a reorder I had to make for some new players that joined our baseball team late. I think I spent around $1,000 or so that season at Epic Sports. Would have been nice if Epic Sports would have worked with me. Now I just have a couple of white hats with no embroidery and had to reorder and pay shipping again. Great prices. Need Option to allow for use of my own UPS account. I understand that this is a profit center however customer should be allowed to use own accounts if their rates are better.
A good please to get sports stuff
I've shopped with Epic Sports quite a few times, they simply have the best prices around on things that I need (typically shorts, compression shorts, hand wraps, etc.) with reasonable quality for the price I get them at. I'll shop with Epic Sports a great many more times as well.
