“Delivery” I don't understand why I paid $3.99 for something to be shipped on the 9th of December when I ordered the item on the 25th of November and on top of that I never received an expected delivery date when the receipt was sent to my Email, sincerely: Guy Ricci
“Great Service” I have ordered from Epic for a few years now and they never disappoint. The prices are awesome and they always ship usually the next day. Absolutely would not order anywhere else.

“Easy to use, Low prices, Fast Delivery” Great service and easy to use is hard to find but not here, lets not forget low prices.
“Poor manufacturing and unsatisfied with order” A part of my cat tree had a large staple poking out which had i not caught it could have ended up with a vet visit. I nailed it back in, which caused damage. Was looking for a small reimbursement, but was only offered a replacement part. Which would entail taking apart the entire tree. Overall not happy with purchase.
