Shopping for baseball gear for my son. Only challenge using site was a lack of specific measurements, age appropriateness, with regard to catcher's gear. At young (youth/adolescent ages), the sizing is so critical as an inch too long or too short can make a world of difference. With regard to the catcher's helmets, shopping was difficult as there were no photos provided that showed the back side of the helmets. I had to personally research an item Epic said was unavailable and advise them that it was indeed in their inventory. The item was indentified incorrectly in database search (cap shell instead of cap protector.

only complaint is high shipping. wish there was a $5.00 shipping option. was only needing extra velco from a previous order that i didnt order enough of. otherwise, good shopping experience.
I would have liked free shipping or at least a little cheaper.
