No description of product material, cotton, polyester? No sample of what team name looks like on front of shirt, except for block letter name. I called in for assistance and the rep told me, no, you won't be able to see that. I said how can I buy something without knowing what it will look like? I insisted I could see the front when it used block letters but not the fancy writing, she said I didn't see it. Why would you be argumentative with a customer.

I made my purchase late this year, but I desperately hope to receive my order before the stated delivery date. I understand that may not be possible but I still requested. I have been very happy with the medal I have ordered in the past. I also find the website very easy to use. Thank you.

I like the products but when you order 3day shipping it should be 3 days to get to you not 14 days even for a small order
