Good Web Site, Good Value, and Timely Delivery
I despise your practice of offering low product prices and making it up on the shipping. There is no way on earth that it costs 10.50 to ship 4 ounces of fabric. It's an underhanded practice that that gives me a less than favorable perception of your company. I made the purchase today out of necessity, but have no intention of ever doing so again nor would I recommend you to anyone.

Last purchase I made on an electric pump saved our business $200 in comparison to Dicks Sporting Goods. Arrived in a short amount of time. Even though shipping is pricy the total is still far less than other vendors.
I love the products, and the speed in filling orders. Just wish that shipping was a little bit less. it is pretty high compared to other similar companies, where you can qualify for free shipping over a certain purchase amount.

I felt that the shipping could have been more reasonably priced. I almost did not complete order because of shipping rates. I would suggest that customers get more shipping options. Repeat customers could get "free shipping" offers throughout the year. Just my thoughts
