I think the shipping charge is entirely too high. It should have been given earlier. Saying that the item will be shipped in 14 days is outrageous. Embroidery doesn't take long. If it doesn't come earlier, I'll not buy from you again . Carol Harris
We are not a business but a Minor Sports organization. No one is paid to do the work including myself. I have made 2 purchases. The initial purchase was for tournament medals which I was really happy with the quality but in shipment they were damaged. They were really scratched. If there would have been a thin layer of tissue between each medal they would not have rubbed each other. Product prices where great and the description as to which product was how much was also helpful. I liked that the size chart was on the same page so I would not have to click back and forth and the color selection was by far the best I've seen. My hobby is teaching children a sport that they can play at home with siblings and get a little exercise. I also have grandchildren want to own there own equipment.
