I'm usually happy with my orders from Epic Sports so far the business side of it has been great without any problems so far at all the only problem I have isn't really a problem I sometimes miss out on some deals because of running out of products and that is no one's fault at all I am patient so waiting is never a problem.
I have ordered from Epic Sports before and very pleased. On this order the shipping charge was excessive. Disappointed in that to say the least! This hat is well made but it is a very small fit for one size fits most. I have never purchased a similar hat that fit so small. The return policy costs me so much I guess I'm just stuck with a hat that doesn't fit.
The Louisville Slugger back packs were not as heavy and large as earlier Louisville back packs we have used. I really was trying to find Schutt navy colored back packs but these were not available, out of stock. I would normally return the ones I received and wait until the Schutt product became available but because of a 20% restocking fee I recently paid on the return of 4 Charles River jackets I was hesitant to do so. This amount of restocking fee will likely deter my ordering from Epic Sports in the future.
