“Shouldn't charge shipping over $50!” Shouldn't charge shipping over $50! Almost lost my order to a competitor because of shipping charge.
“I think the shipping costs are a little steep!” I think the shipping costs are a little steep! And the fact that standard shipping states that it will take 2 weeks to get to me is just stupid. Nothing takes that long these days. Also, it states that the order isn't guaranteed by the shipping date that you choose. I am ordering a Christmas present and I want to make sure that it is here by then, so in order to make sure that happens, I have to pay even more in shipping costs. What a ripoff!!
“Online order was simple” Online order was simple. Ordered multiple shirts in different sizes however the discount for some sizes with small orders did not reflect the bulk pricing. Delivery chosen for faster delivery is not guaranteed however prices reflect sooner delivery and I am hopeful this holds true.

“Everything arrived” Everything arrived. But the packaging was completely destroyed and some of the shirts were scuffed from being tossed around and the packaging being wide open. Bags of shirts were torn allowing items to touch them
“Website is hard to maneuver through” Website is hard to maneuver through. Trying to order a product on December 5th. They want to charge me extra money for 3 Day Shipping but it says product would not arrive for 2 weeks... not by December 9th.
“Typically customer service is great!” Typically customer service is great! Today, I tried to chat with somebody to make a return and nobody answered me for 20 minutes. I ended up giving up and placing a different order.
“Couldn't find the actual color i was looking for, but...” Couldn't find the actual color i was looking for, but realized it was a clearance sale would've rathered royal blue ?
