Your payment and sign pages are scary because they never work right and could present security and privacy concerns for your customers financial confidence. “My shopping experience has been great had some difficulty...” My shopping experience has been great had some difficulty as far as the payment situation as far as understanding but we got through that hopefully this should be a long relationship as we move forward
“Your shipping prices/delivery dates are ridiculous” Your shipping prices/delivery dates are ridiculous. It really shouldn't take 3 weeks to deliver this, and if it does $6 is way overpriced.
“You don't compete at all with Amazon Prime type shipping” You don't compete at all with Amazon Prime type shipping. It's slow and quite expensive to speed up.
“Ordering was the issue” Ordering was the issue. I understand that I am getting some great savings on the products, but then the shipping costs are literally 1/3 of my entire order. I swallow that huge cost and attempt to pay and the only way that my credit card order will submit properly is if I save my card information for future purchases (which I am not comfortable with doing but was forced to do it to complete this order).
“Shipping costs were just as much as the product” Shipping costs were just as much as the product. If I could have found elsewhere I would have. That price is ridiculous for the length it takes. USPS priority mail is cheaper and quicker.
“I paid $20 for two day shipping and it took 11 days...” I paid $20 for two day shipping and it took 11 days to be delivered. Would like to be refunded my shipping cost of $20.
