“Socks arrived much quicker than expected” Socks arrived much quicker than expected. However, the quality is bad: there were splits in the foot area after wearing them twice
“This is my second order because my first order was...” This is my second order because my first order was shipped and then returned by post office because of an address error. Customer Service could not help me resolve the issue and was told would have to wait until order was returned to warehouse and then it could take a week to resend the order. We ordered them by a specific time so that way they would arrive on time. Customer Service didn't try to work with us and basically said there was nothing they could do.
