“Great except it appears the shirts were just thrown...” Great except it appears the shirts were just thrown into a bag as the were all wrinkled when they arrived. Not the first time this happened. That can and should be improved.

“Needed to return 2 of the items I purchased” Needed to return 2 of the items I purchased. It took a 30 minute wait on the phone to request a return authorization. Then there was a restocking fee (20%) charged for each item. Won't be purchasing from them again.
