“Worst Experience - Zero Accountability” Placed an order and paid $65 to expedite delivery. They messed up and delivered the items 4 days late and would not provide full return. Charged us to send the items back along with a 10-20% restocking fee. Jordan and Case (manager) laughed when we said we'd disputed the item and said people do it all the time and they always win. Great customer service Epic, especially to someone who's purchased from you for years. Terrible business to buy from. Beware!

“Online order went fine” Online order went fine . Tried to call and order and get some info sales agent was short and not much help. You also advertise custom logos and letter/numbers . was told on phone you dont do that . Confusing . Was gonna have a much bigger team order but now im just making a couple samples and buying elsewhere I guess.
